Now nominated for a 2008 James Beard Foundation Award as best cookbook in the “Entertaining” category, my new book, published in Fall 2007 by Little, Brown and Company, comes as close as a book possibly can to the experience of dining at my Michael's restaurants in New York and Santa Monica.
